

Mango Smoothie
Serving size: About 2 cups
Ingredients: 2 whole mangos, ice, water, 1 tablespoon sugar(optional)
Instructions: Peel and slice mangos to remove core. In a blender add the mangos, about 8-12 ice cubes, 1 and 1/2 cups of water, (optional sugar) place lid on blender and blend until desired consistency.
