Pancakes

Serving size: About 6 pancakes

Ingredients: 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Instructions: In a bowl mix and whisk the egg, sugar, salt, milk, oil, and vanilla until fully combined. Then add the flour and baking powder and continue to whisk consistently for about 2-4 minutes until consistency is smooth and there are no more lumps. Add oil to a paper towel and smear on a pan on medium low heat. With a 1/8 cup, scoop pancake batter and add to the pan. Flip pancake until no more bubble formation(usually about 3-5 min.) Once flipped, leave for an additional 2 min then remove from pan.
